EVERYONE NEEDS TO RE-READ THIS ARTICLE.

He took us for 4 loads,in Texas using the new name Al Hicks with Northstar Distribution. The loads were shipped between 2/14 and 3/5.
He has a strong southern accent. He will have a lady named Shana call months before to get a quote. I have read about every scam in the book but never thought we would be a victim. It is amazing he has been pulling this scam since 2004. Be careful, Know your enemy..................................

ouch that sucks, but as long as dishonest pallet companies purchase from this dude this crap will happen.

I spoke to the Chattanooga, TN Police this morning they set up an sting and this guy is now in jail.

How do they know they have the right person? Did they give you the guys real name? If so what is it?
