amethgr8 -> pallet processing property (4/13/2008 5:09:02 PM)

Hello,  I have a piece of property that is 7 acres and was considered by a buyer for pallet processing.  The property would need to be modified for the storage (remove ceiling lights and heaters) and add some docks for drop offs.  The building is not currently being used for pallets.  The building is 45000+ sq ft concrete block and a metal pole barn with 8600 sq ft, corner lot, just under 7 acres.  $550,000

I don't want to break the rules on this forum but was looking for someone with a need for the property.  If interested please inquire.

Please advise your thoughts.  thanks in advance for your help.

If you are located in Greenland, I'm not interested. What are the zoning bylaws?

This property is located in northwest Indiana.  It is zoned B3 and would need a special use variance.  I've already talked to the city and they are receptive to the idea of having a business in there fully utilizing the property.
