I am facing the task of automating the sorting/repair/dismantling of pallets in a single process, anyone have experience they want to share? It must be simple, efficient and cost effective. Target is about 10,00 pallets weekly with the ability to expand the system to 15,000 pallets weekly without significant changes. ONE SHIFT.
